2. Legal & Ethical Usage

GuardYou is a tool designed exclusively for security research (OSINT), personal data protection, and cybersecurity auditing. You agree to:

• Not use the provided data for illegal activities, harassment, doxing, or identity theft.
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding privacy protection (GDPR in Europe, etc.).
• Not resell or redistribute information obtained via the Service.

3. Liability

GuardYou acts as an aggregator of public data and third-party data leaks. We do not store sensitive private data directly. We decline all responsibility regarding your use of the information found via our platform.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account (without refund) in cases of:

• Account Sharing.
• Attempted reverse-engineering or attacks against our infrastructure.
• Proven abusive or malicious use.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product (immediate access to data), no refunds will be granted after the access key has been used, except in the case of a major technical malfunction attributable to GuardYou.
