01. AGREEMENT

By engaging with the GuardYou infrastructure ("Service"), you signify full compliance with these operational protocols. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

02. OPERATIONAL ETHICS

GuardYou is a professional framework designed exclusively for cybersecurity research, personal data protection auditing, and professional intelligence gathering.

  • Engaging in harassment, doxing, or illegal reconnaissance is strictly forbidden.
  • Full compliance with jurisdictional data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Reverse-engineering or redistribution of core data assets is prohibited.

03. LIABILITY SHIELD

GuardYou functions as a neural aggregator of decentralized public data and third-party records. We do not store sensitive private information directly on our primary nodes. Users assume full legal liability for all intelligence gathered via the platform.

04. PROTOCOL TERMINATION

We reserve the right to revoke access keys immediately and without notice in cases of protocol violation:

  • Concurrent account multi-streaming or key sharing.
  • Infrastructure attack vectors or stress testing.
  • Identified malicious deployment of intelligence assets.

05. ACQUISITION TERMS

Due to the immediate digital provisioning of data access, all transactions are final. No refunds will be issued once an access key has been generated and validated by our nodes.
